Flow and Restore
Yoga Six
I teach a weekly yoga class at Yoga Six, Naperville every Wednesday at 10:30am. It's called "Flow and Restore" and it is a combination of a very gentle flow yoga class and a restorative class.
​
This is the perfect class for all experience levels. If you've never done yoga before it is a great way to begin. If you're an experienced yogi you'll receive so much benefit from this meditative format and mindful sequencing. If you experience limiting factors such as mobility issues, or chronic pain that prevent you from participating in other types of movement practices, this is a great class for you.

Sound Bath
Yoga Six
Join us for a double-sound bath experience with Wren & Ian every-other month at Yoga Six, Naperville (studio membership not required).

These events quickly sell out, so be sure to register early!

Come in, lie down, that's it! You'll be bathed in the immersive meditative soundscape of singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and more.
​
Bring any pillows, blankets, eye masks, crystals, or other items you'd like. Layers are recommended.
Healing Touch Restorative Workshop
Yoga Six
This workshop is held bi-monthly at Yoga Six, Naperville and has very limited availability (studio membership not required).

February 15th, 2025 2pm-3:30pm

Come relax and enjoy a very restorative yoga class with 2x the hands-on assists that make you say 'ahhhh'! Each touch is infused with Reiki, and the class ends with a gentle sound bath during your extended savasana.
Private Yoga & Sound Bath Events
Private yoga and sound healing events for individuals or groups are available.
Private yoga sessions are 60-minutes and start at $75 per session, or $20 per person for groups of 4 or more.
Pricing for private sound bath events starts at $250, with final costs determined based on factors like travel, location, and setup requirements - please contact me for a personalized quote.
